We need an HTML5 website using the D3 library ([login to view URL]) which create animations from data in a cvs file. Some of the animations are generated at moment of loading, others on mouse-over, and others with a click. Here is an example of how the animations should behave. [login to view URL] We will provide 1. Story/page design PDF 2. Story/page design resources 3. Interactive Sheet in a powerpoint document that explains each animation 4. Excel with the metrics and data that should convert into a csv to work through the library 5. An example of the cvs structure ([login to view URL]) Final deliverable should be a responsive HTML with each animation and interaction, based on the design for tablet and desktop and cross browser support from IE 9 and up.
