Get existing Facebook login example called ‘simple’ working on Phonegap Build

We need a well working Facebook login on a Hybrid HTML5 app which works well through Phonegap Build. There is an example available which should work. This is the example: [login to view URL] What we need is the following: - Receive the [login to view URL] file and the [login to view URL] file which will result in a correct Phonegap Build and working example for Facebook login. - Receive explanation on how to configure our Facebook app. - Receive explanation on how to configure something else what is needed to get this example working. What we already have is a well working Phonegap Build platform. We are able to build apps through Phonegap Build. We see the Facebook plugin in the plugin-tab on Phonegap Build so the [login to view URL] seems to be fine. We can also connect with Facebook. We only don't get the buttons (on the 'simple' example) to work. As an attachment we send you our config.xml. Be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We only pay when we have a working build on our iPhone and Android phone. We will not do any payments upfront! Too many times we did pay for nothing at all. The Facebook login which we build ourselves works fine on the internet. We need it to work on our phone after a deploy through Phonegap Build. That’s all we need for now. We only reply to freelancers with experience on Phonegap Build. We will not reply to standard lists of achievements which are not relevant. We need this to work asap (at least before the weekend).
