Took a look at the competition sites and analyzed application's features. They are quite large and that is reflected in our proposal. We would start by doing a streamline of the feature modules needed, and having an agreement with you about the scope of it. Once this is done will proceed with the software arquitecture phase, where we will plan how to organize and implement the modules, in order to achieve reliability, scalability and performant. As well as secure, with a clear strategy of roles and access permissions (ACL).
