I would like to an online recruitment agency/CV repository type website created, where users are charged $5 usd to post their CV’S online to be viewed by businesses across the 15 island CARICOM member states in the Caribbean. I may require the ability to have multiple sites point directly to this sit. This will require a database which will be searchable by various criteria, island, Profession, Skills Etc. and a pdf viewer to view or download the results of the search. Eventually there will need to be portals for secure log in for business to post vacancies etc.
