"Multichannel Financial Institution Ad Campaign"

I am seeking a talented graphic designer with experience in financial services marketing to create a variety of materials for my institution. Notably, the output should be versatile to suit various channels and engagement methods. Materials To Be Created: - Emails - Landing Pages - Display Ads (Both social and banner) - Direct Mail Ideal Candidate: I am looking for someone with a keen visual aesthetic and a proven track record in creating compelling marketing materials in the financial sector or other technical industries such as healthcare, insurance, etc. Proficiency in designing for email marketing, landing page optimization, social media ads, display banner ads, and direct mailing materials is a must. Banking industry knowledge is also important for this work, understanding the ins and outs of marketing banking products is integral to being able to create them. This means having visibility into the competitive landscape for various FI marketing materials. Additionally, Figma and/or Adobe Experience Manager/Adobe Acrobat proficiency is vital for communication and production as a whole. Copywriting is also a core proficiency here, which goes hand in hand with industry knowledge. This can range from writing headlines to email body paragraphs based upon client website/collateral. Project Timeline: This work is for a top 1000 company. The greater opportunity if a trial run goes well is becoming a registered designer with our sector, being called on for campaigns that are yearly, monthly and everything in between. You would have a steady stream of work, working with a team of 10 marketing project managers, and being awarded work based upon your strengths across multiple channels. We have multiple freelance designers as well as full-stop marketing agencies that we award work to base upon who we believe would be the best fit. Your work will be compared to many other designers, until we come across someone who fits our needs, works well with the team, and can enhance our work/industry knowledge. While there is no strict deadline for this project, we would like to get some insight into your best qualities as a designer.
