I need to implement territory restrictions in Magento. We are using the Paybox payment gateway, integrated thanks to the CustomWeb extension. We have a detailed spec but in short, each product can be sold on specific countries. When the user pays we must detect the country of his card and match it. Card aliases are stored in database so when the user pays with an already registered card we must retrieve the card country infirmation from the database. Detailed specs will be provided.
