Hi, one of my websites, [login to view URL] Is extremely slow. My host (wpengine) seems to indicate that the issue might be: [login to view URL] I've tried switching my theme, disabling most plugins, not sure what the issue is but it has to be back-end/database because even the admin on the website is very slow. Other sites on the same server do not have this issue.

Hello, i can fix the issue with database collation. this happens mostly in cases when you have mograted site drom one host to another host and the default server collation is different. bringing up inconsistencies while querying database. you can provide me cPanel details and I will fix it for you.
