Enterprise Graphic Designer and Creative Strategist - Amazon (Global) Envision Horizons is seeking a remote Enterprise Graphic Designer and Creative Strategist to join our team! As an Enterprise Graphic Designer and Creative Strategist, you will be collaborating with the Client Services team to design digital assets both internally and for our clients. You will lead the creative process of generating high quality content to be used in online product marketing campaigns. Your keen attention to detail and innovative design talent will drive the creation of both image and video content that informs, captivates, and converts, while taking brand guidelines and industry trends into account. Fully remote-Must be based in the Phillipinnes, or Central/South America Must be willing to work 9am-5pm EDT, M-F Compensation: $9-12 per hour USD. 40 Hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Work with our client’s brand teams to get to know the product catalog and branding guidelines. Learn the key features, ingredients, and highlights of a product that will inform the copy you write and the content you create. Conceptualize, design, and implement graphic and video content on time. Conduct audits of Amazon product pages and determine where the product page has opportunities for improvement. Complete design revisions as needed based on client feedback Collaborating with our Media Team to run creative testing on video, custom DSP ads, and Sponsored Display and brand ads Design a schedule of deliverables. New creative assets, infographics, A+ Content, Amazon Storefront design, video content, and more must be completed by the deadline communicated with the client. Mentor and coach junior Designers and Creative Strategists Contribute to team training sessions Qualifications Advanced proficiency in graphic design (2+ years) Moderate proficiency in video editing (2+ years) Amazon specific creative experience (Optimized Carousel images, A+ Content, Brand Story, Storefront etc.) (1+ years) Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience Adobe CC and Figma experience The ability to formulate and describe the strategy behind a design approach Midjourney/ChatGPT or similar experience preferred Advanced typography and composition skills Great color sense Excellent written and verbal communication Compelling portfolio of high quality graphic design. (An additional portfolio of video editing work is preferred.) Willingness to complete one sample design project during interview process Understanding of the customer journey and able to identify ways to increase CTR and CVR Familiar with design trends in the ecommerce industry and beyond Excellent eye for detail and knowledge of design principles Self disciplined and able to work autonomously and within a team environment Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Available to work hours with are equivalent to 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
