La plataforma realiza las siguientes funciones principales: 1. Se puede organizar, administrar y almacenar información de procesos de insolvencia de Colombia, cada proceso queda publicado como un pagina web que debe tener un diseño responsivo. 2. Los auxiliares, acreedores y empresas de insolvencia poseen perfiles de usuario, podrán comunicarse por chat y postear tal cual una red social. 3. Existe una tienda virtual para vender activos judiciales derivados de los procesos de insolvencia donde pueden postear su anuncio y por otro lado pagar un adicional para que un equipo comercial se encargue de la venta o el remate del activo. 4. Ofrecemos contenidos para las personas interesadas en insolvencia y posibles empresas que se quieran acoger a la ley. 5. Ofrecemos pautas comerciales a empresas de insolvencia que paguen anuncios en nuestra sección de soluciones en insolvencia empresarial, dirigiendo parte del tráfico que generamos con los contenidos a estos “patrocinadores” 6. Los usuarios pueden generar pagos y administrar sus membresías.
