Build a website based on the slide deck material

Hi, we are a fintech startup for the Chinese market. We have our project presentation in InDesign and PDF filetype. InDesign's is the initial/source one to take images files. We've got a [login to view URL] account where you are about to build our basic website. No special functions are required, except 1 or 2 subscription/request forms. In general it should be a corporate landing page with several menu options. The approximate reference as an example of the placing the elements and the general format is something around this website: [login to view URL] Our PDF slide-deck in preview quality is attached for your information. The expamle/reference of the design-thinking sample is attached as well. It would be great if we could do something close or alike to such gamification elements to our website. We are about to add some elements to 1 or 2 pages (for example add a video from youtube and etc.) which are not listed in our slide deck. The ideal candidate should be an experienced designer/web-designer with a clear vision and understanding of design-thinking and perfect sense of HQ user experience and usability.
