Design and Create 3 HTML Pages for Web Application

I am looking for a talented designer to take on this task to create three elegant pages for an application I am developing. I would like the designer to use Bootstrap, as I like the uniformity that it provides and the rapid nature of working with it. A major portion of this project will be providing an attractive color scheme for a bootstrap theme to go with the mobile app that is being developed. When setting up the bootstrap CSS with the approved color scheme, the entire CSS must be modified to fit the theme's colors - not just the parts used by this project. The first page is very simple, and will be very similar to the carousel demo page ([login to view URL]) but with the approved color scheme the designer comes up with. The second page is also very simple, and will consist of some text on the screen and a text box with two buttons. The third page will be slightly more complex, and consists of a block of text, two different tables of information (example information will be provided), some jQuery modal windows and providing the ability for rows in the previously mentioned tables to be sortable using jQuery's sortable. This project will not require any backend development. If the project goes well, there is a high probability of future work being available as I would prefer to use the same freelancer consistently and develop a long-term relationship.
