Build website with Wordpress

* Website: I need a website that will be built on Wordpress. The website is for a company called "IT Onsite" and it is located in Sweden. IT Onsite will provide IT Support for private customers and small businesses. The site will be on Swedish and i will provide with the contents that should be in Swedish. Administrator etc. sites can be on English. The site must have: * Possibility for users/companies to create accounts and choose to pay for different supportplans through VISA/Mastercard, PayPal. * Paying users sites after logon, such as; Knowledgebase. Submitting tickets, Livechat function with operators and other information. * Responsive design (very desirable) * Attractive design * Integrate DIBS Shop Module for the payments. This logotype will be used for other purposes also.
