Pulling data from one website to place the data in a form(repost)

I run a website called -----.com. Many of my competitors have something that I don't. Stat signatures. It's hard to explain with the limited text but it's something like this. If you go to [login to view URL] (The official game) and click on high scores then type in your characters name, ----- in my case, it will display your stats, assuming your in the high scores. the following is a competitor: [login to view URL] type in -----, select a background colour, then submit. In short, I want that. Here's another example of my competitors: [login to view URL] It will involve some graphic work as well as coding, probably php with perhaps some mysql work. Every time the users character gains a level in the game, they will want to update their stats image to show off, so they would come back to the site, put their character name in, click submit and it will pull their highscores from the official website, the place it in their chosen image template. The winning bidder will be the person I'm likely to choose for future projects with this site (I have a LOT in mind and I'm willing to pay more for those projects in future).
