Copy a website from one server to another

I have a website at this URL - [login to view URL] It is hosted on a droplet on Digital Ocean The site has 1812 categories and 44500 products. I want to copy the website onto other digital ocean accounts. The new sites will need many products removing from them as not all of the copied sites will sell all of the original products. I will supply the product ID's of the products to remove. This will leave some blank categories which will also need to be removed Each new site will need different paypal API credentials (which i will supply). Each site will need a different logo adding to the homepage along with address details, changing of slides (which i will supply). You will need to have experience of digital ocean to understand their droplets and how they work. Initially, as a test, i will just went you to create 1 duplicate site but if this goes well i will require you to do 100. Thanks
