Build a Website

I want a simple website. Basic objective of this website is to provide financial service to people. People will visit my site to know the current interest rate of various loans like car loan, home loan etc. The web site contains three pages. First page shows the lowest interest rate of different loan products & logo of different banks. If a person click on apply button it should redirect to the Second page which should be a simple form having fields like name, loan type, loan amount, mobile no, email id.& finally the submit button. When data submitted it should be forwarded to my email id & at the same time a third page will pop-up asking to submit detail information of applicant like date of birth, monthly income, address & some attachment fields to upload applicant's photo, bank statement etc. These data too forward to my mail id after submission & a thank-you notification pop-up for applicant. The website must be very simple & clear like 'bankbazaar'.
