Design a Flyer

I need a high quality door hanger that I can send off to Print Runner and have made. I've been using raster images and having them printed in RGB. I would like this one created in CMYK. They currently look dull and I feel the quality could be higher if a professional got their hands on this. Feel free to add your creative design/marketing "flare" and expertise to this, I actually welcome it. I'll check your portfolio before moving forward to ensure we are a good fit style wise. This is a crucial part of the business for me. The right person would need to be able to communicate well in English and be willing to go the extra mile. I would like to find a permanent "go-to" person. Attached are my original .png files, the photographs at the bottom, and the .psd files from print runner. I can't open PSD files, so I hope those two files have the needed info. I don't know the difference in the two types to be honest. As long as you aren't trying to shortchange me (which hasn't happened yet) you will get a GLOWING review and future business. I'm not a nit picker ; )
