New Variation of Existing Logo

Need a modified version of an existing logo to brand a new service for my client. Existing graphic is for a travel agency and can ONLY be provided as an svg file or image file (png, jpg). Logo was created in LogoDesignStudioPro, a format compatible with this software is also available. The new graphic will be used by the travel agency to market to local sports teams to offer team travel planning services. The the new graphic must maintain a similar look to the original - so that it will be obvious it is affiliate with the travel company. The current graphic has 3 elements. The new graphic should maintain the same image of the sun, but needs to replace the water and palm tree with elements that will convey an image of sports teams and traveling. Required to submit 3 different drafts to consider and contractor is encouraged to submit creative ideas which will nicely complement the existing graphic and convey the image of sports team travel. Should seek to maintain compatability with the colors used, must be complimentary colors at a minimum or the same exact. Potential ideas include: Using a graphic representing a road or highway to replace the existing water element. The highway can be under or leading up to the sun. Using a sporting element such as a trophy or pennant to replace the palm tree. Eliminate the palm tree all together and just use the sun and another element.. Contractor must submit 3 drafts. Final draft may require additional revision before acceptance. Final version must be provided with and without text (to be provided). Final version must be provided in fully editable source format (.ai, .psd, etc). Must also be provided in .jpg and other version. Final version must also be provided in both forms (with and without text) in a transparent version.
