Minor logo settings and files needed for web and print Media

Give me the suitable quote for making settings of our logo as mentioned in the jpeg attachment and generating all the files as mentioned in the attachment. Need a true, professional graphic designer who has experience with both Print and Web as it will go in branding of our product. I will provide logo (our symbol) eps file (EPS-10 (gradient), vector illustration) and all the font files to the graphic designer. I have made the logo text in pptx which will be supplied to you. You need to place our text (Brand name and Tagline etc) along with logo symbol and work it in Adobe Illustrator. Turn my text into vector shapes and therefore eliminate any font issues.
