Form Design -- 2

i'm a designer myself, and due to my current workload, i need to delegate this current project of designing an institutional account opening form of an established international financial service. This project is from a client who needs the design to be finished in 35 hours from now, i already finished the first design (the individual account opening form). All the style, theme, colour, typography, of the first design that i have made, is already approved by the client, i just need you to do it according to the first design that i have made. (the first design as an example for you to replicate, is attached) And the contents that needs to be put in the form, is also attached (3 pages). the form will be in 2 language, indonesian and english, the primary language is indonesian. you don’t need to be able to understand indonesian language, because you just need to type exactly the same as the 3 pages i have attached here (source contents). Requirements: - Proficient in English - Proficient in adobe indesign (i use CS6, therefore the file is CS6) - Accurate alignment, spacing, kerning, leading, and tracking of text and graphic elements - Accuracy in words, exactly the same as the example i have made (all the capital letters, boldness, italics, etc) - Able to replicate the style, layout, shape, and theme exactly the same as the design i have made, and have consistency. - Able to use grid system in adobe indesign Steps: - i will send you the original indesign file of the individual account opening form i have created, as an example for you. - i will also send the source contents again (i'll send 3 photo, just like the ones in the attachment here) - i will send you the font file if you don’t have it (i’m using pretty much all the family of a font) - you will create 1 page first, as quickly as possible. - i will review it, whether the design is ok or not, if its fine, then we can continue..
