Convert an online catalog to a downloadable PDF

Hi, I have an online catalog that I would like to be converted to a downloadable PDF catalog, customers could print out. You don't need to adjust the quality of product pictures. It doesn't have to be perfect. Most users who will download and print will be printing to inkjet type printers anyway. There are 80 products online and perhaps we could put 8-10 items per page, so there would be 8-10 pages + a cover page and an order form. Each item will need to have the item #, Title, (no description), and price block (price by quantity), and small image of item. I do want it to look nice and have some type of conformity to the structure of the pages. I'd also like our toll free number and web site on each page. If price is right and work is good, I will need this done twice as I will be updating the site in the next few months and will need this done again after that.
