Quality High CTR Banner Design

Hi I want to work with a professional and quality banner designing freelancer or company. In total - we require 6 MPU banners - that are animated, professionally designed, have quality graphics, and will achieve a high CTR on Adwords and other networks. In reality there will only be 3 designs. But we will be using two different titles. = 6 in total. 2 of the designs will also be identical - but simply have a different background (light and dark). Past experience is vital - please provide examples of past work, and any information about what CTRs you banners have achieved will really be useful. I will work with you to tweak the banners so that they look as good as they can. If you are an expert on banners, I will also welcome your advice on how we can design the best banner for our campaign.
