Single flash file repair needed!

Hi -- Our website's index page has a square of 4 images that appear one after the other in a flash file. Something happened to the file, and that area of the page now constantly reads "Loading..." in Internet Explorer. It still works in Firefox, we're told. We need to have the file fixed so that the flash in that area again works in Internet Explorer. I don't know anything about flash, so I can't fix it. I am able to do simple html and maintenance, but don't know how to write or tweak code or script, etc. We are told that this is a very easy fix for someone who knows flash. I am not sure which files are affected, as I was told that it's not just the .swf file that will need to be looked at to fix this problem. I can upload files needed that relate to this, but you'll have to tell me which they are. (sorry) We have some other website projects (php conversions to html, creation of a blog, etc.) that will be needed after the flash file again works, so your help is GREATLY appreciated!
