Logo design/Flash website

I am starting a triathlon coaching business. I will need a logo and flash website themed around triathlon and the business name. I have a couple of free templates that I like portions of, so they could be used to help create the final product. ## Deliverables There are two templates on the site [login to view URL] I like the 165 (Pure HD) menu system, and I like the "Products section" on the 120 (artwork) templates, that would make a nice photo gallery. What I'd like to see is a vertical menu version of the HD menu system along the left side of the page, with some slightly smaller graphics. A large matching box on the right that loads the desired text/photo displays selected. One longer box along the bottom that is segmented that I can put sponsor graphics in, and the logo centered across the top. The menu items I'd want would be "Coaching Services", "Contact", "About", "Photos", "Articles", "Recent News", with certain of them opening a new menu tree in the menu box (Such as under coaching services, it then brings up a menu of "swimming analysis", "swim lessons", "Swim coaching", "triathlon coaching", etc. The "photos" would then load the photo menu in the menu box, show photos in the "main" box. Preferably menu and photo links would be contained in XML files for ease of editing/adding photos, links, etc. I've attached the zip files of the two templates for ease of viewing.
