Flash Website Requiring Simple Changes

Hi there, Our website can be seen here: [login to view URL] It was built off a flash template. We have all the source files needed. We require some simple updates and our budget is below $200. Please read our requirements below... ## Deliverables Specific Requirements: 1) In the services section, we require more text added. The text can be found in the attached word document. The text for this section will be pages 1-5 in the word doc. It should be laid out neatly and professionally. It can be a simple scrolling text field unless you have a better looking idea. 2) We require a new section called "Specials" to be added, but I'm not sure if this is possible with this template. If not, or if out of budget, simply add a button or some nice looking text to the top right which fits into the design which says specials. When clicked, the user should either go to a new section or get a simple popup windown showing them the coupon page (page 6 in the word doc). 3) In our contact section we would like to add a form similar to the one on the last page of the word doc. Chad ----------------------------------------- 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should be accessible on all major browsers and systems.
