We circulate a daily list of properties (real estate) of the next day's trustee sales (foreclosures). This list contains addresses, parcel numbers, trustee sale numbers, and other pieces of information. We would like to add a column which shows Zillow's Zestimate (API), as well as buttons to pull up a google map, the tax assessor data, the most recent multiple list sheet from [login to view URL], and the comparable sales information from Zillow. We would also like to have a Search Wizard to help clients filter through the list for the properties they are most interested in. They should be able to sort by opening bid, city, zip code, square footage, year, and others. I have attached a mock-up of the list we would like to have, and how the search page might look.
