GUI with Alerts for Win10 using Excel DDE Link/or Java - HIGH FREQUENCY DATA (64BIT)

Basic Project Details: The main objective is to display percentage change in high frequency data (0 latency) onto a interface in windows. The java software I run receives high frequency data. It can relay to Excel, Open Office (Dynamic Data Exchange), ETC. The developer is open to choose if they would like to use the Excel DDE or data directly from the software. Project will require 2 process/applications running 24 hours a day. First will export values at certain times and relay to the second process (The UI, final product) where the percentage changes in the data from one time to another are [login to view URL] data is constantly processing ( microseconds).The application providing data will be 64 Bits running on Windows 10 64 bit (Server 2016 R2 64B for testing).
