Reach out to prospects through various channels to promote our services. Present our company's capabilities and portfolio to potential clients. Negotiate project terms and secure deals on behalf of the company. Maintain effective communication between clients and our project execution team. Build client relationships through networking and developing strategic connections. Enhance our visibility in online platforms and job boards for optimal reach. Propel business through cold calling and direct sales to tap into unexplored markets. Requirements: Proven experience in freelance business development or project acquisition. Strong understanding of marketing, web designing, and web development services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to independently generate leads and close deals. Sales, project management, and communication skills are highly preferred. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Pay Structure: Freelance Project Acquisition Specialists will receive a commission of 10% of the total deal value for each successfully secured project. Payments will be made promptly upon confirmation of the project and receipt of the initial payment from the client.
