Regarding water level measurement, if the goal is simply to receive an alert when water levels are high, a proximity sensor may suffice. However, a floater would be the ideal solution for accurate water level monitoring. For SMS alerts, the Sim800L is a reliable option. If Telegram alerts are desired, an alternative approach involves receiving the SMS message on another TTGO device with WiFi capabilities, which can then send the corresponding Telegram alert. I did several remote management systems based on GPRSes, so I think I'll be able to to it and I can tell for sure that if you don't build it you'll likely experience issues. Hi, if there is no wifi then we dont need to use esp32. we can use arduino nano with gsm sim900d or sim900A. this way it will consume less power. we can sleep the controller when we dont need to send sms. i have already worked on such project where i had build gps location tracker that was sending location to server after 10seconds. Lets discuss budget as the mentioned budget is not acceptable.
