BLDC Single Wheeled Segway Controller Programming <using ISP> (Program given, modifications necessary)

Good Day, I would like the freelancer to do the following; 1. Use an Arduino Nano as an ISP, to program the following board AlexMOS Gimbal BLDC Controller <Generic>. The program to be installed on the AlexMOS can be found at the following site; [login to view URL] I need this software modified as the attachment <this includes more detailed instructions> 3. Please take note of the parts of the program I do not need (eg. The Bluetooth control portion). 4. The freelancer is to also incorporate a touch screen display. Please suggest appropriate screens which I can use, as I will have to purchase it. 5. The freelancer deliverables to be; Circuit Diagrams clearly showing each connection that needs to be made. Instructions (from start to finish) on how to load the programs needed, and how to test (if necessary). Please read the attachment clearly, and ask if you are unsure about anything.
