I am in need of a skilled professional with experience in developing a Mitsubishi PLC program. The program is intended to control equipment using PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) control system. It should be able to handle both analog and digital input/output signals. Key requirements include: - Developing a Mitsubishi PLC program for PID control - Integrating both analog and digital input/output signals into the PLC program - Ensuring the program is efficient and effective in controlling the equipment The ideal candidate should have: - Proven experience in developing Mitsubishi PLC programs - Expertise in PID control system - Previous work with both analog and digital signals - Ability to deliver efficient and effective control systems I have a small test job that needs completing The plc Mitsubishi FX3G 14M & HMI E615 Will be controlling the heating and cooling on a small mixer There is analog input (PT100 temp probe) and pressure sensor 4-20ma Analog output to 2 inverters for speed control of mixer and small pump for emptying mixer with on/off and speed control on HMI All controls for Speed and heating and cooling to be on separate pages on HMI Heating and cooling on full pid control via HMI with all variable settings available on screen Date and time to be on each HMi page Page 1 Main menu Page 2 Production Overview Speed and temperature display Page 3 + Settings pages

Hello there, I'm an experienced PLC programmer with hands on experience on Mitsubishi PLC. I have worked on a program for PID control using AB and Siemens PLC. I believe it won't be a problem for a Mitsubishi PLC.
