I registered with Freelancer in February this year and have 46 reviews, all positive. English is my first language and my skills include technical writing, editing and proofreading. I have ongoing freelance work editing papers for an online journal for translators and interpreters. Recent work has included proofreading five theses, and the annual report for the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. For two years I was a copy editor for Elsevier Science Publishers in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, rewriting text by authors who were not native English speakers. I have worked with individual clients to bring 14 books to publication and three of these clients have rehired me to work on a second book. Having been a teacher of English in high school for several years, I have spent many hours making corrections and suggestions for students' essays. For an additional two years I was a teacher of English as a second language. I would use the Track Changes tool for your report, inserting comments where necessary.
