drupal performance tuning

We are looking for an expert who has extensive experience on Varnish, Couchbase and Drupal performance tuning. General Requirements: Step One: Assess our website performance and provide a performance tuning proposal (We will provide a user account to you for our website assessing.) We were planning to use Couchbase, Varnish, Edge Side Includes(ESI), Authcache and Cache Expiration Drupal modules to improve our website performance. You may change or modify our existing caching techniques, and propose what is you believe a better solution. At the end of the website performance evaluation, provide us the followings in your proposal: (1) Identify performance bottlenecks on 1)CPU 2) Memory, 3)PHP 4) Mysql 5)Nginx , 6) Drupal and others if any. (2) Each web page (or at least main pages and primary pages of each sections) load time load times of the website. (3) Performance optimization suggestions Step Two: Install and optimize Couchbase, and tune Mysql query caching in conjunction with Couchbase, and eliminate related performance bottlenecks * 15% Payment upon successful completion Step Three: configure and optimize Vanish, ESI (for caching partial pages), and Authcache and Cache Expiration modules, and eliminate related performance bottlenecks. * 25% Payment upon successful completion Step Four: Overall performance tuning 1) Assess Nginx Drupal 7, Couchbase and Varnish along with New Relic statistics to further optimize the website performance, eliminate related performance bottlenecks, and demonstrate that site performance for each page load is significantly faster than it was previously. 2) If a page performance gain <= 5% (for both anonymous and authenticated users), please investigate and improve its performance.
