1. Login based access. 2. User should be able to upload a pre-formatted excel file. They should be able to edit the content of the excel file on the site in a tabular format and save it on the site which will be stored in a mysql DB. There will be some checks and validation to be done before saving the file. 3. User should be able to read the results (records ) from mysql DB. 4. Certain fields on the mysql DB need to be encrypted. The entity relationship of how the excel data files will be stored will be provided. 5. Milestone will be based on screens developed. Site to be available on pythonanywhere at every milestone. For this basic site with above requirements I can spend Rs.5000/-. The site will be enhanced further later. ** Individual full stack developers are preferred.
