Call Quality Coaching Database - Access

ID : 5571033 Greetings, We are interested to work on this project, please find my comments inline with yours, 1. I would like a database that allows me to capture call quality and coaching feedback it would need to =>What version of MS Access? 2003/2007 or onward How users will use this database? For multiple users we need to create front-end backend separated. 2. 1) have a section where I can add Consultants .. =>We assume each section you add one or multiple consultants and their feedback details Please provide the more details what information you want to capture.  If you have sample data files please provide it so we can analyze it. 3. Each of these will headings will have a radio button option to score that part of the call out of 5 there will also be a section where Free text for comments can be left. =>Ok.  We assume following tables will require Section - Section ID, SEction Consultant - ConsultantID, Consultant Name, Phone, Email Address, Address, City , STate etc Feedback details - Id, Section ID, Consultant ID, Scores, Notes etc 4. I want it to then add up all the scores for each section and at the bottom display an overall score and % out of 100 =>Ok. plz respond to this message so I can send attachment and further comments..

Hello, Looks like straight forward project. There are only few question to answer - will it be standalone database or it will be used in your local network; which version of Access you are using and do you use Microsoft Outlook (or other client, if yes, then which one). Dear Sir, I worked a couple of years for IBM as Quality Assurance, and then Quality and Performance Manager for Ingram Micro (also a fortune 500) and did quality assurance work for Xerox, Cisco and Sharp especially in the field of call quality. Your idea is very good and I would like to support it even though I would personally choose an online option like php/mysql for example. It gives you the ability to deal much more flexible with the feedback - for example users can open their account and see the evaluations or listen to the calls without going always through the QA. This makes the solution much more scalable. Unfortunately in both cases we are looking at a higher budget than currently planned.
