My proposal is based on Quality and on-time completion Greater than 95% quality - 100% Between 90% and 95% quality - 80% Between 80% and 90% quality - 50% Below 80% quality - 25% On-Time discount will be applied on the amount derived after applying quality parameter On time completion - 100% Delay by 1 day - 75% Delay by 2 days - 50% Delay greater than 2 days - 0% Note: First the quality discount will be applied and then on the derived amount the second discount will be applied. For e.g. Consider a project with payment of $100 Scenario 1: Completing the project with 96% quality with No delay Payment expected: $100 (100% payment for quality & no deductions on delay) Scenario 2: Completing the project with 94% quality with No delay Payment expected: $80 (80% payment for quality & no deductions on delay) Scenario 3: Completing the project with 98% quality with 1 day delay Payment expected: $60 ($80 for quality & 75% of $80 = $60) I will take the payment based on the above two parameters in addition to the parameters that you have.
