Hello there, We need some executives for our business to handle the live chat and interact with the customers. The person will be responsible for handling customer support and providing real time assistance to our customers. Please let me know following details to get started. 1. Please share your experience on the relative field. 2. What languages you do speak ? 3. Please define your proficiency for the languages you speak. Please rate it between 1-5 while 1 is the lowest and 5 is highest. 4. Can you please share your time zone and work hours? 5. Hi, My name is Marjan, I come from a European country (Central European Time Zone), a full time freelancer with plenty of skills and different experiences, speaking and writing English, Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian (reading but having troubles to write Russian) I am been working as a livechat agent for more than 4 years using different platforms and enjoying it especially when I am helpful.
