Design a survey on limesurvey

I've been trying hard to code my survey on limesurvey, but it requires too much knowledge of coding, I'm stuck. I have a personality questionnaire (38 statements) rated on an array of 6-point (about 15 items are coded negatively). I'm looking for someone to: 1) make the appropriate coding to report (and save in database) a total score and 8 subscales scores 2) add fields to take the participant name and email address 3) tweak my HTML/CSS report so that participants receive a personalize PDF report by email based on their total/subscale scores after completing the questionnaire (I already have a code that generates a PDF based on answer, but I'm using it on a wordpress platform).
