Write some Software

Hello, I have specific needs for a robot already through the testing phase and is able to get stable results from long term tests when properly tuned...however I need many things finished still and my prior coder has a full time job now and cannot devote the time required to finish this robot! I have great hopes I can find the right person for the job who is fast, able to do a list like the one below within a very short period of time and who's code tends to be quality and test true after bug-testing and functional proof. Please let me know your desired project fee for this list. The budget is 200+ with some room for negotiation. I know this is not a lot of money but the right coder will be able to get 80% of this list done in 2-3 days and the rest within 7 from the beginning of the project, preferrably, so please have the time to devote to this project. I am available on skype 24/7 to assist with understanding, coding confusion, code block support, documentation and research...since this is a one time fee project, I see to get this done as easily and efficiently as possible. If you see a way to do something the code I have already does not as good, feel free to replace it.
