What exactly required (objective) ? For part 1, It is required to develop an integrated management plan for diabetes prevention program for population catachment based on data provided. Basically what you have to do is to analyse the data (its small data) and develop a management plan to prevent diabetes for population catachment. In part 1, you base your plan on the points given in bullets forms (its total 8 points). And for part 2, what you have to do is build a project proposal based on guidelines given at appendix (proposal contents) by including factors (given in appendix).
