Future Needs: - Post Rental Services: Upon signing the contract, I will require help with painting the bar and the installation of various metal bars, in a style similar to a prison cell. Ideal Skills and Experience: - A background in civil engineering or structural assessment would be highly beneficial for evaluating the structural integrity of the bar. - A certified electrician and plumber would be essential to assess the plumbing and electrical systems. - Experience with security features and design work would also be advantageous.
