Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Coordinate with database administrators, software developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align integration efforts. Work closely with business analysts to understand data analytics needs and design suitable solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to teams involved in the integration process. Monitor and Optimize Integration Performance: Monitor integration processes, system performance, and data synchronization. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and best practices related to systems integration. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in systems integration, preferably with Microsoft technologies. Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data integration patterns. Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and related integration tools. Familiarity with APIs, web services, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Certification in Microsoft integration technologies (e.g., MCSE: Data Management and Analytics) is a plus.
