create Visual Studio project to compile and even debug the ffmpeg source code

I want to make a slight change in the internal behaviour of ffmpeg so that I can use gdigrab option to capture the content of a window, but instead of using the window title (which is already implemented and works perfectly) I want to use the window handle to identify it. I know exactly what I need to do and where to touch the code, but still have the problem that the source code provided is not prepared to be easily compiled on Windows, specially on MS Visual Studio. All I need is that someone creates that project and makes sure everything compiles correctly and the output exe and dll files work exactly as the pre-built version available online. I simply don't want to waste my time in that kind of configuration work. Once I have that I can do the rest myself.
