install Anroid O/S on IBM similar PC.

Already running one of program in VB that incorporated with Microcontroller device. It has been used in the Factory. Number of instruction and decisions have been programmed and accordingly number of switching is done that controls a winding machine. Okay the client is our old client using one of our project developed in VB6. The software was integrated with two micro control devices. According to certain instructions, rules and information feedback from one microcontroller unit, the software send switching command (5V Relays) to the other microcontroller system. Now recently they have seen a software outside the country based on Android system. So far they could explain is like those airconditionars that, you can send and set temp data, switch on timing etc. Only thing here is, they will run machine. They also like to include some android features in future. Right now, we need you suggestion on what kind of device we will use to control that microcontroller system, one of them sends back feedback from sensors, other microcontroller system does the switching. Like the current project, you will be using a android phone and a PC with GSM modem. In this project, what kind of hardware will you prefer? That can connected to the microcontroller devices. I just informed the current status till now. I will send you more info according you requirements from now on. Discuss with them and do the communiction. It is all discussion. They want to avoid PC because 24/7 the performance is no good. Too many power cuts in Bangladesh. Anroid system runs non stop for days with very little power. Carge can be given by small UPS. Many good features are there. They also include more anroid feature to the same app. To that, do we have to purchase the Original Android O/S or just regular copy one will do like Windows?
