simple regular expression

Hello. I have this script that generates a file with a lot of information about an computer, i would like an single file exe to clean it up and give it the same layout. Some of the information is different because this is a script i will run on a lot of different computers. An example of two different layouts: #####SPEC.NETWORKCARD.START##### Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30) Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Bluetooth-enhed (Personal Area Network) Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Microsoft ISATAP-netv‘rkskort Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface #####SPEC.NETWORKCARD.END##### #####SPEC.OS.START##### OS Name: Microsoft Windows 8 Pro #####SPEC.OS.END##### I just need them all to be as simple as the one with SPEC.OS.START. Also there is a big chunk of data in the midle where i only need one line from it. this should be really simple as the line looks like this: <tr valign="top" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"><td width="300"><small>Memory Type</small></td><td valign="center"><small><font color="#0000A0">DDR3</font></small></td></tr> and the only thing there is changing here is the one where is says DDR3.
