I need an expert in Lean and Agile under Engineering Management. The Case study is "Astra business strategy" basically we are to pick from a set of decisions then justify why we picked those decisions over the rest. And give real life examples of companies who have adopted these types of decisions and how it benefited them. This is the first decision making scheme and we both chose product diversification for the first one.
