Full time – Avatar Moderation Specialist Needed

We are seeking Image Content Moderators to join our team for a social network application. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and cropping user-uploaded profile pictures ensuring they adhere to our guidelines and standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining the safety and quality of our user experience. Responsibilities: - Review and moderate user-uploaded images to ensure compliance with our platform's content guidelines and policies. - Detect and remove images displaying inappropriate or irrelevant content. - Make informed decisions quickly and accurately, balancing user experience with community safety. - Uphold high standards of accuracy and efficiency in the moderation process. - Collaborate with the team to improve moderation strategies and tools. - Escalate complex cases or emerging issues to supervisory staff. Qualifications: - Intermediate level of English or higher, enabling effective speaking, reading, and writing skills. - Prior experience in a related field would be a good plus but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions. - Resilience and persistence to handle routine daily tasks efficiently and accurately. - Ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role. - Comfortable with exposure to the internet content that may be qualified as inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials. - Reliable internet connection and capability to work remotely.
