Hey I think it would be more cost productive to save the QR codes as a list on the blockchain. So no need for ERC721 or ERC1155 (Which are more expensive to produce 300k of). If you are interested in this idea I can calculate the monthly cost for 300k entries each month. What the QR scan then does is forward the user to the entry on the blockchain rather than an nft site.
