Create a cryptocurrency based on eth token

We need a developer to create a cryptocurrency for us with solidity, based on the eth token. This token will be used in our internal system, for trades within our software, we would like to use blockchain technology in order to ensure the flow and history of the trades. It might one day have its own ICO if we find the right people to stand behind it, so be prepared to write whitepaper documentation also. Token will contain data about the transfer, what it was for, as it will be used for trading digital goods in the app, so we can confirm transactions between the clients: easiest to imagine this would be trading weapons inside a game. - We need an exact estimation regarding time/money before starting this. - No payments will be made before the system is tested and put to work. - Please apply only if you have previous successful work related to the project.
