Asterisk Teleconference Setup

We would like to award this project to three providers. This project will serve as an interview project. Based on the results of the interview project, we will select out of the three interviewed providers, the provider who will bring this project to completion (I will refer to the interview project as "Interview Project" and the completion project as "Completion Project). Below I have broken down two sections indicating what will constitute the deliverables for the Interview Project and Completion Project. Please note again that you are only bidding on the Interview Project but you must have the expertise required for the Completion Project. Thus, make sure you have the experience for the Completion Project before bidding. PLEASE NOTE: Do not bid if the following apply to you: - This is your first project - we require that the individual bidding will have done multiple setups of asterisk - Your solution is to purchase an already existing design to be used (ie: WebEx, etc.). We must have this built from scratch to be completely customizable in all aspects. - You do not have a server system for test purposes to be used. (We have had issues using our local computers, so for test purposes everything should be self contained by you) COMPLETION PROJECT - Support for up to 15 users/conference - Ability to have private communications between parties within the conference room - Ability to limit number of entrants into the conference room based on login credentials - Allow us to hold multiple conferences simultaneously. We can start with 10 conferences but would need to expand to 50 or more in the future. - Users should be able to join the conference by dialing a number through their phone or connect using their computer. INTERVIEW PROJECT - Make sure to watch the video located at: [login to view URL] - Basic conference room (support for up to five users) - only one conference room needed - Web dialer (no add'l software required to be downloaded) so that individuals who join the conference can conference in an additional individual if another party is needed for conversation - Watch the attached video to see what the overview of what is necessary - Interface this interview conference setup with a basic web GUI - Users should be able to join the conference by dialing a number through their phone or connect using their computer. - The host\user should be able to mute\unmute all participants. - The host\user would need a web interface to manage the conference - Recommendations for VOIP provider necessary - The solution could be VOIP based but should be able to connect to users on PSTN lines.
