Quick Fix Needed ASAP

This should only take 1 or 2 hours but I need it done by mid-day Saturday May 15 Pacific Time US. I have a website that collects individual and family registrations for an event. There is a CMS which shows registrations. There is a button on the CMS which will group the registrations into 3 color groups. I need a feature added to this button which will display a pop-up and ask "How many Pro Stations for this event?". The user will input a number (usually between 15-30). Then the individuals and families must be equally distributed between the Pro Stations (it doesn't have to be perfect distribution, but close). Families must get the same Pro station. The Pro Station must be recorded in the Access Database for each registration. Also the existing logic of splitting into three color groups must remain in tact. It is written in ASP and Access database.
